This is a recipe that is used in almost all dishes of
Mexican food, it is very easy to do. I'm sure you have already your own way to
do it but here I share mine hoping you like it :).
Ingredients for two
tomato
onion
coriander
lemon
Fruit or apple vinegar
Salt and pepper
preparation
1. Chop the onion and tomato in diced
2. Chop the coriander finite and mix all the ingredients
3. Add lemon juice (more or less ¼ of the mixture) and a
dash of vinegar
4. Mix well and add salt and pepper

1. Picar en
cuadritos pequeños la cebolla y el tomate en igual cantidad
2. Picar bien
finito el cilantro y mezclar todo los ingredientes
3. Agregar el
jugo de limón, que llegue mas o menos a ¼ de la mezcla y un chorrito de vinagre
4. Mezclar bien y agregar sal y pimienta
