SHRIMP QUESADILLA

Hello all! As you know I love Mexican food and this is a variation on the classic quesadilla. Hope you like it as much as I do;)

Ingredients for two

Two flour tortillas

grated cheese

250 gr shrimp

1 clove of garlic

½ lemon

½ cup pico de gallo

sour cream

pepper and salt

Preparation

1. Clean the shrimp and marinate them with the juice of half lemon, minced garlic clove, salt and pepper

2. In a skillet with a teaspoon of olive oil, add the shrimp along with the mixture. Saute until the lemon juice is reduced

3. In a large skillet over medium, heat the tortillas with sour cream and cheese.

4. Finally add the pico de gallo and shrimps, fold the tortilla and that's all.

Note: It is recomended to put the ingredients in only half of the tortilla so that it is easier to bend

Hola a todos!! Como ya lo sabrán me encanta la comida mexicana y ésta es una variación de la clásica quesadilla. Espero les guste como a mi ;)

Ingredientes para dos personas

2 tortillas de harina

queso rayado

250 gr de camarones

1 diente de ajo

½ limón

½ taza de pico de gallo

sour cream 

pimienta y sal

Preparación

1. Limpiar los camarones y marinarlos con el jugo de medio limón, el diente de ajo bien picado, sal y pimienta.

2. En un sartén con una cucharadita de aceite de oliva, agregar los camarones junto con la mezcla anterior. Sofreír hasta que se reduzca el jugo de limón.

3. En un sartén grande calentar a fuego medio las tortillas con el sour cream y el queso.

4. Por ultimo agregar el pico de gallo y los camarones, doblar la tortilla y listo.

Nota: Es mejor poner los ingredientes solo en la mitad de la tortilla para que así sea mas fácil doblarla
